    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

One of the best reasons to work at New Brunswick Scientific is the small-company environment in a well-established and organized business.

    Cons

One of the major downsides of working at New Brunswick Scientific, at least before the facility relocated out of NJ, was that there was little recognition or reward for working extra hard.

    Advice to Management

Provide better incentives for employees to work above and beyond what they are required to do, or at least reward those who do.

I worked at New Brunswick Scientific as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

free to design experiments with support from eppendorf travelling through glasgow did cause my arrival time to vary which was frowned on

    Cons

Employed as a contractor to investigate senior engineers work who had been misleading management and myself which wasted a lot of time
