I have been working at New Century Software full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I work for the Integrity Plus division of New Century.
Management takes care of you if you show results and willingness to get results and want to learn.
Excellent use of activities to reward employees during the year.
    New office location
Growing company that has a great business plan and goals
Professional, relaxed, dedicated work environment that is open to input from employees

    Cons

Going through growing pains internally (which happens during growth spurts)
Make bonuses once a year and everyone on the same schedule.

    Advice to Management

Keep working on getting systems in place and keep taking care of your emplyees
I'd rather have 1 larger bonus vs 2 small ones.

    Pros

    Interesting projects
Good recognition in small market niche

    Cons

Lack of trust among leadership and employees
Company leadership does not comprehend the difference between the way a product company versus a services company operates and they can't decide which to commit to

    Advice to Management

Delegate, stop micro managing, trust the employees and let them do their jobs without second guessing and with clarity of direction
