I worked at New England Baptist Hospital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

people are nice, they are like family. well i guess the cons overweight the pros cause you cannot really tell much if you have only been there for 6 month

    Cons

the tasks and daily works can be very redundant
especially when you are a business major, I have no clue of these insurance companies and they won't let you touch it

    Advice to Management

none. i only saw ceo or cfo down to our department once--for checking the new office and new replaced chairs

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at New England Baptist Hospital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This hospital is the perfect size, large enough to have a wide amount of diversity, but small enough to see familiar faces when you want to. Everyone was very welcoming and the environment, in general was very supportive for growth.

    Cons

The hospital had some aspect that seemed dated, such as the design of the hospital.

    Advice to Management

None, they always made themselves available to other employees.

    Advice to Management

get your head out of the clouds and wake up wake up and see reality

I have been working at New England Baptist Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Majority of our patients are there for selective surgery
Preop classes are available to patients before their patients surgery date
    Surgeons are awesome!!!
Small hospital so everyone knows each other ( I was once a patient and it was an awesome experience)

    Cons

Staffing is not always up to par. We need more nurses but the jobs aren't always posted.

    Advice to Management

Better staffing please!!!! makes the nurses on the floor very happy knowing their help if needed
