    Pros

New Frontiers High Adventure Camp for youth is a great organization based and centered on Christ. Every program and every challege provides direction in applying christian principal to everyday life....thus making your christian walk more real. Working there in even the most base task pulls you into a family of faith, A lot is built on trust. One does not clock in; one writes down his own hours. Young staff are on their honor to behave as a christian and for this honor is practiced and displayed in their lives, Energy runs high. The morale is great,

I worked at New Frontiers Charter School part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The teachers and other staff are excellent. Teachers seem to be treated nicely.

    Cons

Absolutely no discipline for a student's bad behavior. Students can destroy property and not be punished for it. Teachers are told to not send students to the office for horrible conduct.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of problem students so the teachers can do their jobs with no opposition from problem students.

I have been working at New Frontiers Charter School (More than a year)

    Pros

Tight knit teachers that work together to build students up through positive relationships

    Cons

Poor leadership that only cares about the bottom-line; high turnover due to inattention to detail, lack of organization, and heavy work loads with minimal support

  4. "The families and teachers are wonderful."

    Pros

NFCS has a teaching staff that is there for the children.

    Cons

The belief from some working there that it is good enough for that student population.
