I worked at New Horizon Academy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is better than most childcare centers and benefits are pretty good.

    Cons

Management isn't great. Staff aren't treated equally. Management seems to care more about the money than their staff.

I have been working at New Horizon Academy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Teaching children, building relationships, making friends, 46 locations - always a need for teachers/ help! overtime is available!

    Cons

Some centers only allow 30 minute break-very short at least be offered an hour! Bathroom breaks are long waited due to ratio, had bad experience with teacher/ management at #59

    Advice to Management

Communication and address difficulties head on with all teachers, let go of teachers who break major licensing and/ or accreditation’s!
