50% independent work, decent pay, lots of sick, vacation and personal days
Cons
Backstabbers by the hundreds everywhere. Environment of teams all doing the minimum because if you excell your fellow employees will call you out and ostracise you. They have an internal unit that are constantly following and monitoring employees in the field. Lots of pressure to increase collections and close cases. Focus on collections not investigations. Advancement seems to be limited to those who maintain close relationships with the “right “ people. Would not recommend unless you really need a job.
