I have been working at New Jersey Institute of Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Great medical, dental plans
-Plenty of time off (vacation, sick, personal)
    -Tuition remission

    Cons

-Pay could be improved Annual raises are about 1% which is a joke
-This in part has to do with the unions of every employee, which don't do much for the employees
-Leadership in many departments are lacking. Many departments work in silos.

    Advice to Management

NJIT preaches 'diversity' and equal pay for women, yet every dean but one is a woman. 90% of VPs on the campus are men, this really needs to be addressed.
