      Corporate & impersonal for such a small team

      Pros

      - The space itself is gorgeous.

      Cons

      - The entire organisation's goals is built around pleasing the egos of the two founders (two of the most arrogant people I've ever met). - Impersonal and cold, not much of a friendly work environment. - Lack of diversity, most of the staff hired is white and not from local/brooklyn area. Considering the local population is incredibly diverse it feels very intentional. Over the time I was here, I heard from POC staff and experienced targeted racist comments and nothing was done by management.

      Open works space vibes, similar to a small google environment.

      Cons

      Lack cultural diversity form local community, you can see this in their management. More than likely, they employ people from out of town smh...
