I worked at New Line Smile full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You will grow as a person and overcome your fears, but you can do that anywhere. Travel every other week, and live a cool life

    Cons

I was one of the top reps in the company, promoted to management in my first 3 weeks in the business. I consistently hit my sales goals so you know this review isn’t biased. After working with NLS for 6 months, I can clearly see how they operate as a company and as people. • NO PAID TRAVEL Marketers are expected to pay their way to success and pay for their own hotel, flights, and sometimes gas if you got stuck driving...

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach. I spent over 6 months making the company THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS off my hard work and persistence, and they threw me in the trash at the end like some worthless homeless man who they didn’t know. Terrible. Burnt bridges and taught me a lot which I’m grateful for, but please treat your reps with more respect that is the lifeblood of your business....

I worked at New Line Smile

    Pros

If you want to get paid, it's a pretty good opportunity for you to put in the work and get that cheddar

    Cons

Typical Sales Con. If you don't produce you don't get paid

I worked at New Line Smile full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The only pro is the people writing the TRUE reviews. Shout out to them for looking out for the others.

    Cons

First off, it's definitely a sale scam. It's not true marketing/advertising so that's already fake. You won't learn anything coming here other than how to be aggressive and bother other people for literally a sale. You even wear fake scrubs to act like you work at a dentist office when really you have no idea what you're marketing for them. Not sure how they made it as an established company and obviously they are going...

I have been working at New Line Smile full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The compensation, the contests (won an iwatch, trip to Napa, Nordstrom gift cards), the family-like environment, ability to grow and change my mentality. Honestly when i read all the 1 star reviews I know exactly who they were written by. This business isn’t for everyone and I’m glad because it’s why we make the money we do. If working hard isn’t for you, you won’t be finding yourself in a Telsa or buying a house on your...

    Cons

Need to update social media to bring in more millennials. The quality of people coming in is extremely important. More travel but not an issue really since there’s a lot of travel plans in the works this year.

    Advice to Management

Keep working with the team to listen and build. We’re doing a great job at most things but just need a little fine tuning with recruiting!

    Pros

    Cons

This position will force you to be successful which a lot of people view as a con because it will make you work hard!

    Pros

The team is made up of super awesome people that are all there to see you succeed. The best compensation plan EVER when you hit your goals.

    Cons

If you can't hack leaving out of town every other week for whatever reason, this is not for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! Great idea with doing the daily motivation speeches and having the team leaders participate in making those, something all companies should do.

I worked at New Line Smile full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some of the pros are: Fast cash, hanging out after work and drinking, learning ones self, how to become a funny person, reaching out and becoming friends with very cool business owners.

    Cons

A lot of cons; working with a very small team, lots of travel, no reimbursement on fees and hotel stays (most is out of pocket), pressure for numbers, being left out of conversations with MGMT, little to no breaks, no base pay.

    Advice to Management

Learn to not make the new employees feel left out of the group.
