    Pros

    Good culture, positive, passionate. You can find your value and sense of achievement there. Colleagues are interesting and well-educated.

    Cons

    Too much work load, sometimes at the expense of your health. Weekends are not fixed, which made you unable to have good time with family or friends.

    Advice to Management

    More balanced work to employees by giving them fixed rest days. Try to take more care of employees of their physical condition.

    The colleges were very kind when I first arrived there and they helped me know how to get along well with my new students

    Cons

    There job was very intense and the working hours were very long I barely had no time to take a break

    They should hire more tutors to target to different kind of students. More importantly, give tutors time to relax
