    Pros

    - Good benefits. 403b contributions (very generous), health insurance and transit - Reasonable work hours, most people do not work beyond 9-5. - Friendly co-workers

    Cons

    - Low pay - Management is generally inept. They either do not know what's going on under them and rely on "spies" to get people to snitch on team members or they micromanage while being incompetent. - Good managers don't last - Raises are non-existent - No upward mobility

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Flexible schedule for students. I liked my coworkers. For the most part the workers are treated well and respectfully. This is customer service position, but there isn't a "the customer is always right" mentality. While we were expected to be polite at all times, we were encouraged to be firm with rude customers.

    Cons

Management and administration is disorganized at times Low pay compared to similar jobs at other schools and other student jobs at The New School. No room for growth
