    without the right leadership, a school can sink quickly along with everyone in it

    Completely disorganized, lack of technical resources and overall mistrust of employees and knowledge sharing.

    Get your act together, implement processes and upgrade systems.

    Good Union, Never boring, Decent Pay

    Cons

    You will be overworked and over-evaluated. Things are always changing. Everything that is wrong with America suddenly becomes your fault. You start to experience symptoms of PTSD

    Great Medical Benefits. Summers off were a nececcity after months of verbal abuse from students.

    Cons

    Terrible classroom conditions and poor management. I considered this salary as blood money.

    The environment can be friendly, and you will often find yourselves amongst a diversity of likeminded individuals who teach to inspire.

    Cons

    The employees are seen as tools, and their questions and problems are often set aside.

    Please just try to pay more attention to your employees. It'll help you go a long way.

    Decent benefits, decent pay if not merit, reasonable job security if in a strong union

    Cons

    Merit pay employees see much lower pay increases. General atmosphere is repressive. It's politics in everything you do. If you don't kiss up, you get put down. It's for the kids is the biggest joke. You need thick skin here. Plenty of griping here
