    Cons

    Hyper racist concerns make working freely challenging.

    Advice to Management

    Don't lower the standards. Align local class passing scores with Regents scores. Don't require teachers to pass 80% of their stuents

    The New York City Department of Education provides a wonderful opportunity to impact young lives with whatever your teaching passion is.

    Cons

    Many times the way programs are structured students don't get enough immersion into the music discipline to give them a better foundation.

    Consider hiring multiple instructors to form a music department that can provide a music track preparing students for future auditions and enterance exams.
