    Love my students and my coworkers.

    A lot of paperwork not enough time.

    Advice to Management

    They need to treat employees better. Not fair to use sick days for maternity leave.

    Pros

    I get to help families with special needs to get the services they need to succeed. (OT, PT, SP, CO). Friendly office environment.

    Cons

    Not working in my licensed area. Hard to find a full time strings program.

    Advice to Management

    Although working for the DOE can be rewarding and gratifying, there is little room for displaced teachers to find jobs on the open market.
