    Plenty of vacation time plus paid summers off!

    Working with children in not easy.

    Advice to Management

    Administrators need to make sure that the staff is doing what was agreed upon during staff meetings and do pop ups to see how things are running.

    Not the best disability insurance should you become sick for a extended period. In addition, dependent on individual school may be diificult to advance even with a degree.

    Encourage and assist all employees pedegagoge to aspire for better. Dont belittle non teachers as their needed as well.
