    Reduce class sizes so that teachers can adequately instruct their classes. Remove violent students from the public school systems so that others can learn.

    Payroll system pays you on time. Get good benefits package.

    Cons

    Some staff members are friendly and helpful most are not friendly and unprofessional, extremely rude clients call for support and yells at you for no apparent reason. No room for growth, very low pay.

    Pros

    Good benefits. Good pension. Many good people working very hard. Hours are very compatible with family life. If you live children and making a difference, it is the place to be.

    Cons

    Too many reforms. Changing rapidly. Leadership completely changes what is in place instead of capitalizing on the positive aspects of what works from administration to administration.

    Increase stability with programs and competent employees. Put resources where needed.
