Good pay, vacation, flexibility, holidays, 401, pension. Too many things to name. Great place to work.
Cons
My only issue with the company is that regular employees do not get bonuses and stock options for their contributions. They deserve it just as much as upper management. Regular staff serves to be compensated for all of their hard work throughout the year.

WLF is really good. Awesome special treatment for VMI graduates.
Cons
Was Fortune 500 when I joined but lousy management and bad hires turned it into second rate. Too many family parasites for regular people to get a fair shot. Richmond has improved a lot in the last 5 years and this place just got worse every year promoting the worst people.

It's a small company and new to data science but this is not a good place to develop. Team is light on technical skills and management strategy is to hire and hope. I was promised career development during recruitment. I learned later management already decides who to promote based on relationships. Performance reviews are not honest.

Progress to management role depends on who you know on the senior management team. Few roles available if you don't have family relations. Employees always saying things to please management are rewarded. Senior management's idea of leadership is to come in very early and spend all day with the door closed.

Very high levels of nepotism and favors for friends. Managers do not have the technical skills or experience to perform the role. Promotions are on the basis of likeability by management not knowledge or performance. Smartest employees taken for granted or pushed out by buddies of management. Requests to review career path are shut down.
