    Pros

Great atmosphere, nice folks, flexible. Agile product development, but everything is a custom job, and a fire drill. Great Benefits.

    Cons

It's all going to change with the Broadridge aquisition. Big company is going to change the daily life a newriver. Broadridge seems like a great company to work for though.

    Advice to Management

Remain open and honest about the future of folks positions now that Broadridge is in the picture. Be prepared for a Mass exodus.
