      -Higher than market salary for entry level positions -Healthy work life balance for entry/mid level positions -Great company culture, strong leadership -Supportive place to hone professional skills as an early careerist

      -Not a lot of growth opportunities for non-clinical professionals -Typically unhealthy work life balance as you rise up the ranks -In the administrative departments, your colleagues will not be your best friends for people looking for that
