    Pros

The best part about Newark is the people. They are inspiring. Many of them have been there for several years and take pride in how they do what they do. New facilities in the loop make it a great place to go.

    Cons

There is always room for improvement. The one thing that stands out is upward mobility.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I have been working at Newark Element 14 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The autonomy is great. I've seen a lot in all the years here and we finally have the right leadership in place at the top. People can actually make decisions and move fast. They've removed all the layers that held the company back. "Just do it" mentality and great teamwork. You can go to anyone for help. Fun atmosphere and an engagement team that's actually run by the employees, not top leadership.

    Cons

Only the grass is always greener type. All the people coming back to work for us shows that.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to your employees! Totally on a roll with that and that's why this company is turning around quickly.

    Pros

Very good training and development and great opportunity to try different jobs within the company.

    Cons

I started there when the company only had 70 employees now they are in the upper 300's so the only con of my employment was that things became very routine and rigid during the growth of the company.
