    Pros

    Brand name recognition opens doors

    Cons

Don't care about their employees, definitely a "good Ole boys" club still, and way too much reorganization-can't be strategic.

I have been working at Newell Rubbermaid full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You are allowed to go home at some point in the night.

    Cons

Low pay, terrible upper management, product pipelines are very weak. Very dark place to work.

    Advice to Management

Upper management wouldn't listen to any advice but if they did I would recommend they resign and get out of the way of progress. Too many managers afraid for their job so they promote milk toast yes people with not an original idea in their wildest dreams.

I worked at Newell Rubbermaid full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great place to start career, excellent Sales learning experience, pay is comparable for sales managers, benefits are nice, very friendly people

    Cons

Layoff anxiety yearly, promotions are definitely given to "inside club". Many hardworking/proven employees overlooked while good ole boys seem to always be taken good care of. So much waste it's ridiculous, tighter T&E could save so much.

    Advice to Management

Clean house of the "good ole boys (and girls)". Create a stable environment so employees are protected during slightly down times, not clipped in a yearly layoff.
