    I have been working at Newforma full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The people are great: helpful, supportive and fun. Exec actually listens to needs and is very responsive. Great culture, without trying too hard. It is genuine and heartfelt.

    Cons

    Trying to undertake too many initiatives at once. But that is the only con. I really do love everything about Newforma!

    Advice to Management

    Focus on a strategy and stay the course.

    Cons

    If you have the ability to work well from home it is great. If not it wouldn't be a good fit for you. You might just see your co-workers 2 times a year. You will have help if you ask for it, but you won't get a lot of people working on your sales opportunities for you.     Leadership has righted the ship in my eyes, less turnover, more structure which is all positive an I am optimistic about the companies future. As for sales they have brought in a better process than had been in place in the past.
