I have been working at News Marketing Canada full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I Love being able to make my hours. And that a good portion of it is at home organizing and preparing. And I like getting a paid a for travel time. Also being trusted to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner

    Cons

Not super organized in my opinion. Not enough Hardwear on hand. In order to get more Hardwear u go to a storage locker but only can get in during business hours as the keyboard at the front desk. Would be easier if it was a combination lock or something as sometimes my only option would be after hours instead I have to go during business hours which I could be spending in store working. ( I have a big route takes all day in store sometimes). Also I don't get benefit. Not sure about anyone else

    Advice to Management

When training Instore have all types of Hardwear that will be used on hand so we an get to know it. And take home and get efficient with it.. and like I said the store locker issue
