I have been working at NexAge Technologies USA full-time (More than a year)
The company cares for it employees. I have heard many consulting firms delaying their pay check, but nexage never did that.
The requirements the company provide sometimes are completely out for areas, but hope thats how the consulting world works.
Advice to Management
Can encourage their consultants to take certification in their domain.
