Fabulous Employer
Sep 17, 2017 - Anonymous Employee in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Wear many hats - "Fewer - Better People" which allows you to learn something new everyday. Upper Management remains engaged with employees and everyone within the Bank always knows the Vision and expectations. Well compensated from salary to total compensation package.. Male and Females have the same opportunities.
Cons
Honestly cannot think of any. Enjoy going to work and making a difference knowing I am appreciated and compensated for my hard work.
