I have been working at NexBank. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Wear many hats - "Fewer - Better People" which allows you to learn something new everyday. Upper Management remains engaged with employees and everyone within the Bank always knows the Vision and expectations. Well compensated from salary to total compensation package.. Male and Females have the same opportunities.

    Cons

Honestly cannot think of any. Enjoy going to work and making a difference knowing I am appreciated and compensated for my hard work.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Your employees appreciate the vision and leadership.

    Pros

They allow you to participate in a multitude of areas verses restricting you to what your background supports. They expect a lot from their employees, but offer competitive compensation and "best in class" benefits.

    Cons

Fast paced growth sometimes makes it harder to perfect your work product. Career ladder climbers will not do well here as the organization runs lean, which translates to a flat organizational chart and title advancement. Again, they make up for this with opportunities that give you a deeper knowledge base for your career.

    Advice to Management

Keep finding was to engage those who are already here in order to retain the talent! Expect the same amount of effort from everyone in order to keep up with the growth and succeed.
