    Pros

    Very oriented about health of their employees. Overall very nice environment to work in.

    Cons

    Hours, shifts, schedules are a little too strict.

    The coworkers there are wonderful

    Cons

    My immediate managers lost many good people due to their lack of people skills and trying to motivate people with threats and intimidation. Hostile work environment. HR did nothing to prevent this from happening.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up!!

    Productivity they keep wanting to get the most out employee than kick them out.

    Some of the employees were great to work with.

    Support for clients; focus is too much on the sales teams and not on retaining clients.

    Relaxed work environment. Insurance and Benefits.

    Missing commissions. Have to clock in and out. No sense of direction.

    Get a game plan before you hire people

    Employee recognition for those that just put their head down and do the work.

    Cons

    Base salary is low for industry and product needs a total revamp to SAAS solution.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize that there is competition in the industry, we were once the best, and we need to make changes to stay the best. Promote your employees from within and lean on your Product Support team more to bring in sales referrals. Establish usage reports for Account Managers to develop stronger strategies to sell.

    I have been working at NexTech Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Pay is fair. People on the entry level are friendly. Managers can be a bit disconnected from the whole process but overall agreeable, could be worse. Benefits are on par with most other companies of this size.

    Cons

    A lot of promises are made that are not kept or delayed significantly (bonuses, promotions, program features). Not much attention to the needs of employees and clients. Location is visually nice but you are going to hit traffic no matter where you are driving from. Overall working at this company is a mediocre experience. I have worked in places with much better benefits and much worse.

    Advice to Management

    More focus on the employee's well being will translate to better service for the clients. Too much focus on the bottom line translates to dissatisfied employees who are just here for a pay check.
