I have been working at Nexa full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fun-spirited and team-focused environment with fun competitions and incentives.

    Cons

Sometimes you might experience a less than happy customer on the phone, but who hasn't had a bad day. This job helps you to communicate better with folks to not only make you professionally stronger, but learning how to communicate effectively to deliver your message, products and services.

I have been working at Nexa full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Extensive training, decent pay with opportunities to earn extra through overtime and to my understanding pay-raises as you level up to more difficult accounts. Nice co-workers and management. A focus on overall health and wellness for employees with good benefits. Opportunities to discuss performance and/or concerns with lead on weekly basis.

    Cons

The attendance policy is a little tight and can cause some anxiety when you're feeling too ill to work. It took 2 months in order for health insurance to be active which I found unusual (although free telehealth services are provided in the interim). Depending on your schedule receiving help from higher-ups can take a while which degrades stats around time spent logged into the system. The way company-wide information is distributed could be improved. Unable to have two days off in a row each week.

Former Employee - Virtual Receptionist in Phoenix, AZ

I worked at Nexa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They are very good at trying to keep employee morale up (which can be challenging when you are basically yelled at all day on your calls) and will often buy breakfast or lunch for the whole center, or host contests for who can perform the best on their calls. Friendly competition and friendships are highly encouraged. I made a lot of friends here.

    Cons

Upper management was very clique-like. Every person from the position of team leader and above was treated extra special by management, and could get away with basically not working and hanging out together - regular floor employees would be chastised for not coming back from the restroom after 2 minutes or not picking up calls quick enough, even if it was very busy.

I have been working at Nexa full-time for less than a year

    Pros

A small team means lots of opportunity for responsibility and to make an impact. Good work-life balance and a flexible vacation policy.

    Cons

Company is growing which means things move at a very fast pace and headcount hasn't necessarily kept pace.

I have been working at Nexa for more than a year

    Pros

We have a very strong culture and fast paced environment. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The interview process is quick and efficient. Candidates are given the opportunity to observe the position they have applied for prior to the interview. This is a deciding factor for them to see if they think this is the right fit for them.

    Cons

Other than needing a larger parking lot, nothing. They have gone above and beyond what I could expect.
