    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Aside from the CEO, some of the most talented and dedicated employees I have ever worked with. The employees are the only reason I gave this review 2 stars and not 1.

    Cons

Company is run like a dictatorship. CEO does not take constructive criticism well and does everything his way. After working there for over 2 years and seeing the gradual downfall, it is just a matter of time before this company goes under, if they haven't already. All you need to do is watch the Nexersys Shark Tank episode..

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Great startup feel! Lots of room for growth if you can handle the changes that come with a small start up. Very much an Austin feel, combine that with a fitness factor and if becomes a lifestyle. There is a lot of room to make your individual contribution impactful which allows for significant recognition when effective.

    Cons

Growing organically, which means there isn't a fast track to advance.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing, it is sure to be another overnight success five years from now.

    Pros

The product is amazing. And the people who the company has attracted are some of the most dedicated, smart and good hearted people you will ever meet.

    Cons

Too many repeated poor management hiring decisions at a high level. Way underfunded for what they are attempting to do. The selling model keeps changing and needs to be more consistent.

    Advice to Management

Hire a new President or CEO that can build and run the organization while the founder continues to develop product and inspire buyers and investors.

I worked at Nexersys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They were able to pay me.

    Cons

Start up company with absolutely no on-boarding process, lack of communications from management, disregards employment laws to avoid paying unemployment taxes and benefits, massive turnover in employees and management.

    Advice to Management

Just when you think you know everything, you don't know anything at all. Take feedback from employees, after all, this is why you hired them. Find someone else to run the company.

    Pros

It is a young company with very talented and eager human capital. Once we get those with potential up to speed we will be a force to be reckoned with.

    Cons

As a start up, sometimes it is hard to recruit strong talent due to the "fluid" nature of the business environment.

    Advice to Management

The leadership team could do well by engaging with others in the space to launch an interactive trade association which will firmly establish the Nexersys place at this table.
