- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros

Pros
The people (rank and file) are awesome.
Cons
So many changes the past few years, including top leadership. Apparently the company has been acquired yet again so maybe things have changed?
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
I enjoyed working at the company, although only a year. There was a lot to learn and a good support team. The projects kept me engaged and the staff at the office and remote office were friendly and helpful. My skillset did improve to carry over to other careers.
Cons
The financial situation was unknown, so there was a dark cloud always over the company as to what will happen next. Multiple layoffs had hit the company before I was there so moral was a bit low. The financial situation did affect my job and others before I could fully enjoy my job and company so that was disappointing. My location became very crowded as they consolidated many offices in one to save money, and didn't have good planning for some upgrades they needed to perform.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Good technical team focused on meetings customers needs.
Cons
Not enough resources to develop the product portfolio.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
The new management is working hard to return the company to profitability, and is making the tough decisions this requires. The new Unity system looks unique in the marketplace and customers seem to be enthusiastic. The company's emergence out of Imation was an incredibly positive move, as they knew nothing about the data center, storage, or IT. Customers and partners are very loyal.
Cons
There have been a series of RIFs on that road to profitability that has been difficult, and resources are limited in certain areas because of it.

Pros
massive installed base makes it easy to get in the flow of the biz. Very honest people (highly valued).
Cons
too many products to juggle and limited field technical / customer facing pre-sales

Pros
Lots of great people who cared about how their work impacted the company.
Cons
Activist investors ruined the culture.

Pros
The folks, especially the engineers, are great.
Cons
Unfortunately, the management is mostly incompetent and doesn't seem to know what it is doing. And, the investors are even bigger idiots. I don't expect the company to survive.
