    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Next Step Living full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Upward mobility, fair wages, good benefits, good atmosphere, frequent social events, good mission, modern office set up, ability to make bonuses and commissions in some roles

    Cons

Work/life balance can be less than desirable in some roles; especially field and sales based roles. Sometimes they expect people to wear too many hats

    Advice to Management

Don't expect people to keep adding responsibilities to their job description while remaining at the same pay grade for too long

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Next Step Living full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Open work environment, employees are nice

    Cons

The company has never made a profit, their sales practices and customer service has led to every review on YELP to be a 1 star. Leadership is arrogant and oblivious on how to run a company. They want to save the world but can't even save themselves.

    Advice to Management

    Close it down.
