    Insane work hours and high expectations to work more hours than what is contractually expected, really bad communication from management, expects you to be sneaky around campus and university policies.

    Extreme stress from high goals, some arbitrary rules, HQ not being understanding of states needs. General founder syndrome issues as well.

    Good pay. Medical benefits are good also.

    Cons

    Extreme hours along with bad upper management. They say that there is unlimited vacation that you are NEVER cleared to take. Systems change constantly without a real trained rollout.

    Good pay, opportunity to work on important issues

    Cons

    Upper level staff works long hours and can take out frustrations on lower level employees, everyone works long hours, you are literally expected to work 15 to 20 hours over your contracted time every week. Lower level employees are given little flexibility in how to accomplish goals which are already unrealistically high
