I have been working at NextMed full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Challenging, exciting and never a dull moment at NextMed! If you love having the ability to affect change, this is the company for you! Innovation and education is what this company strives to accomplish, so employees are highly encouraged to take their jobs to the NextMed level!

    Cons

I have to work long hours sometimes, but that is expected from a growing company. That's why they call it "growing pains".

    Advice to Management

    Consider work from home opportunities.

I have been working at NextMed full-time

    Pros

    Great hours and great benefits.

    Cons

Were do I start? Very demanding in very little time with lack of training from others who train. Very tense environment with some team leaders as control freaks. It's nice during the new hire phase then goes into the "I will throw you under the bus every chance I get" phase over the years.Very separated and not a team environment.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire people expecting for them to be successful, if your trainers have lack of knowledge and poor attitudes. Invest in new people and weed out the old.

    Pros

Great coworkers, and excellent product and service for treating bladder and kidney stones. Headquarters are near a few decent lunch restaurants.

    Cons

Harsh working environment: there's little leeway for changing scopes or deadlines. Everything must be done immediately, cheaply, and perfectly.

    Advice to Management

Management views every employee as a cog in a machine, with little regard for the people themselves.

    Pros

new skill sets to be learned, lots of new experiences.

    Cons

lack of compassion from Mgmt. Zero recognition for a job well done. Lots of begin "thrown to the wolfs" so to speak. Zero accountability for corporate/management mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Enhance Communication with field reps. At least act like you care about the well being of your employees who are the real face of the company. Happy employees = good work.
