    Pros

    Strong base of knowledge in legacy communications solutions i.e. Nortel, Avaya. Also a broad support organization for on site personel.

    Cons

    Managing capital for growth and expansion this may have changed witht he acquisition of NXO US and eveolution of the company since my departure

    Pros

    Opportunity to work on interesting projects, Work/Life Balance, Employee welfare orientation (sometimes above a healthy extent).

    Cons

    Understaffed. Not enough emphasis put on performance of the staff - lazy staff. Flat management structure with lack of long term technological strategy - only strategy is to meet the revenue targets no matter of the "staff" sold to fill-in the gaps...

    Advice to Management

    Re-asses the culture-values.

    Pros

    Some skilled staff, interesting projects, could be great but poor accounts hinder sales

    Cons

    Lack of processes and governance, challenges with a European parent stripping out profit from the UK, poor service delivery, poor sales processes

    Advice to Management

    your people are your greatest asset, senior management should not need to read management self help books to realise that OR alternatively, actually put in to practice what you read

    Good during growth but too fast to shed jobs

    Very fast to cut jobs in downturn

    Pros

    Ambiance, locaux (Rueil Malmaison), Outils de travail, Rémunération.

    Cons

    Organisation trop complexe.
    Désengagement dans la relation commerciale du top management au cours des derniers mois (2016-2017).

    Cesser les guerres de territoire. Développer la stratégie.

    Pros

    Les points positifs :
    - l'autonomie
    - la confiance (il y a quelques années), la hiérarchie fait confiance à ses collaborateurs, et nous pouvons être force de proposition
    - collaborateurs intéressés, intéressants et motivés

    Cons

    La liste est plus longue:
    - Contexte difficile
    - Charge de travail très importante (surtout suite au rachat par Buttler)
    - Le salaire : des variables (sur contrat et avec objectifs) jamais respectées
    - Trop de manager, pas assez de collaborateur (barreur / rameur)
    - Process administratif trop poussés et souvent inadéquats

    Advice to Management

    - Modifier la structure de la société, mettre en place un axe autour des collaborateurs plutôt que manager.
    - Changer la hiérarchie, les mêmes visages sont la depuis des années, et il n'y a aucun changement / amélioration, c'est sans doute une explication...
    - Communiquer ! Depuis le changement de PDG, très peu de communication, et de vision sur le long terme (cela signifie qu'il n'y en a pas ?)

    Agile et malin. Taille humaine. Parc. Partenaires éditeurs leaders. Indépendance. Français.

    Cons

    Manque récurrent de cash. Des concurrents solides soutenus par des groupes puissants. Peu tourné vers l' International. Marché en bouleversement.

    Advice to Management

    Plus de transparence. Parler plus à la base et pas seulement au management. Encourager et accompagner les initiatives créatrices issues du terrain. Etre plus visible sur internet. Communiquer sur le positif.

    Pros

    Cette entreprise peut attirer des profils extraordinaires capables de faire des choses magnifiques

    Cons

    Mais elle news sait pas les fidéliser; le management est surtout focus sur les résultat et beaucoup moins sur la satisfaction client !! et depuis le rachat par Butler Industries ... ça ne s'arrange pas ... et l'ambiance de travail non plus
