    Pros

    Great coworkers.
    Fun events.
    Cool office environment.
    Growing company with great potential.
    Amazing Service is real, not just talk.

    Cons

    Going into it, you need to know that it's not a laid back job. The customers are demanding. This can take a toll on you mentally and physically. Especially coming from a job that wasn't as high pressure.

    Repeating the same tasks can get boring.

    Advice to Management

    I'm thankful for the opportunity and want this place to be the last company I work for.

    Pros

    I feel like I'm able to make a significant impact.
    Good amount of resources and people to help with projects.
    Fast paced
    From the top level and across the company, people was to be involved and working.
    Bright future, lots of upside.

    Cons

    Nextiva isn't for the person looking for lots of structure and micro management. I think there are opportunities to improve processes. But this isn't for people that want a clear path and just follow checklists.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

    Nextiva has a very laid-back, no bull mentality. We work hard and play hard. Our extreme focus on the customer experience makes the job challenging but far more rewarding than any other average service job. We make providing great service fun, and there are daily and monthly incentives to be amazing (including food, cash, gifts and prizes).

    Cons

    To succeed here you have to be among the best of the best. Average doesn't cut it. I'm not sure that's really a con, unless you're looking for "just a paycheck." The bar has been raised, and the cream will rise. It's fun working with people who actually care about the work they produce.

    Advice to Management

    Stick with it! Don't compromise your vision; It is working so well already, and I'd hate to see our culture lost.

    Pros

    Working here is comfortable. I come in each day excited and I enjoy what I'm doing and who I work with. There's a very special team chemistry here. Everyone gets along very well here. If you're not passionate about amazing service and helping others, you won't survive. People that truly care for others perform the best here. I can't see Nextiva not continuing to grow like crazy and be a company that everyone want's to work at. There's a powerful movement going on. I get to be me.

    Cons

    Some processes and approaches to situations are odd at first. Coming from a more corporate working environment, I've had to adjust how i look at clients. Nextiva is all about giving customers and employees great service and that leads to approaches that don't make sense at first. If you're stuck in a specific way of thinking, you will have a tough time succeeding.

    Advice to Management

    If my full star rating isn't enough proof, keep up the close family feeling. As we grow, there will probably many more offices to open up. Yet maintaining and preferably strengthening the culture is what will set us a part from the rest. I love Nextiva.

    Pros

    Free food, comfortable office environment, clean workspace, good location, perks are endless. It's like a startup culture. Not like a big ma bell. This can be a plus or a minus. I consider it a plus. Tight knit group of people.

    Cons

    I feel like I'm working in a silo at times but on the other hand there's lots of freedom.

    Advice to Management

    Maintain a vibrant and fun culture. I love Nextiva.

    Growing fast with lots of opportunity. Smart people that care about the company and customer. Hard working people all around. Clean, new, and modern office. Always food around and big desks.

    Cons

    This is my fourth job in about 15 years working and I can say that there are no cons. At least nothing worth writing about.

    Pros

    The work environment is awesome. There's no strict or "corporate" dress code and the people I work with are great. In three years with Nextiva, I feel like I've seen this company grow to a size that was unimaginable yet it feels like a small office that works hard. My colleagues are smart and I met my fiance here. Truly the best company I have ever worked for. Amazing service is a great motto.

    Cons

    Things can move too fast at times. The growing customer base makes it super hard to keep things very personal, but I do see lots of people trying. Not the highest paying company, but the overall benefits and quality of environment is great.

    Advice to Management

    Employee headcount has increased by more than 10x since I joined. Keep trying to run the company as a small group.

    Pros

    Working at Nextiva has many perks. 3 days of catered meals, a game room, challenging tasks, hard working associates, a genuine product and honest management. The management team cares about each person's individual success and encourages them to grow as employees and people. They only hire people who fit in with the company eliminating the possibility of outcasts. With everyone having a similar work ethic and great personalities working together, it has allowed for a great work environment.

    Cons

    If you are in customer service, at times, customers can be difficult to work with. Nextiva sets you up with all of the tools you need in order to provide the amazing service that we pledge but that does not always mean you can please everyone. We all certainly do our best though.
