Flexible, good for a side job but not your main job

    Cons

If you are not recieving calls then you aren't getting paid.

    Advice to Management

Don't over hire becauss then there are too many people not receiving calls and just waiting for a customer to come on the line.

NexusOp makes sure their agents are paid on time, every week and accurately. For a new work from home company, they pay on time and they're a real company. I enjoy working from home with a flexible schedule.

    Pros

Get paid each week on time.
There is no minimum or maximum amount of work to do; you work at your own pace.
    FREE TRAINING COURSES!!
You become an Independent Contractor working with this company.
Easy to work with the dialer webpage, everything is easy to navigate and understand.
Can earn up to $12/hr depending on your work ethic and enthusiasm to work.

    Cons

You won't be making thousands per month.
Sometimes the dialer drops calls or disappers on your screen while answering calls.
Sometimes "live chat" to ask a more experienced agent for immediate assistance isn't as immediate as NexusOp promises.
During training, you are not slowly introduced to demo calls to allow you to experience what phone calls will be like to ensure your confidence on beginning on your own; but you should catch on after the first few calls.

    Advice to Management

Allow quicker response from Live Chat to ensure the confidence of agent to assist with their customer to the best of their ability.
Sometimes a customer who is calling about a refund inquiry wants to speak to an ACTUAL supervisor, not just get transferred to another escalation agent to tell the customer the same thing as previous agent; not fair to customers.

    Pros

Working from home is a dream of many out there. We're a growing company - we offer a way to work from home that is very hard to find. Making sure our agents are paid on time, every week and accurately is one of THE MOST important things to our company. As a new work from home opportunity we would like others out there to know. We pay on time and we are a real company. As crazy as that may sound that is often the concern of the new job seeker. If you have any pay issues, please tell us by clicking here....

If you enjoy working from home with a flexible schedule and you can tell we're doing our best we'd like to hear from you. We kindly ask that you post about your experience as it relates to getting paid... We're not singling you out, we're actually asking everyone to help us with this. ALL HANDS ON DECK!. In order for us to grow and be a strong family we need YOUR HELP.
    Thank you so very much.

    Cons

As of now there aren't any that I have come across.
