    Pros

    IT department is over worked but they are flexible and allow employees to work from home. Benefits are not great but they do offer insurance and 401k.

    Cons

    Different departments have different culture. Customer service floor culture is horrible - they have high attrition level because salary is low.

    Pros

    This company has the best IT staff to be a lousy little call center company.

    Cons

    Bankrupt. Old CEO was an idiot.

    Advice to Management

    More like advice to the Board of Directors in this case: Why in the world didn't you fire the old CEO sooner? Between his failures with the PRC deal, the Contact America deal, the Tahlequah deal, yhen all the mess that happened in 2014-2015. Why? That was your money that got squandered away. Maybe the next time you invest in a company, you'll pick better leadership.

    Pros

    Strong middle managers driving to succeed. With strong culture.

    Cons

    Corrupt Execs and CEO putting money in their pockets and driving the company into bankruptcy and liquidation. New CEO had no management and operations experience.

    Pros

    The only pro that I left this job with was Unemployment.

    Cons

    Poor management, it seemed like everybody was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Prior to being laid off my car got broken into on payday on property. they claimed there was nothing they could do and the cameras i was told worked when i was employed did not work that weekend. Told me it was my fault and that i should have had direct deposit.

    Advice to Management

    Hopefully this company stays closed because the entire brand was failing because there were no long-term employees. everybody i worked with was employed less than a year.

    Pros

    Your experience will be a direct reflection of what you put into the role. Hard work, dedication, loyalty and good old fashion rolling up of the sleeves will earn you a rewarding career. Working with people who understand what it means to really work.

    Cons

    having to work with people who start on Monday and expect to be CEO by Friday, who expect to be given bonuses for doing their job (that is what the base wage is for), not willing to go above and beyond to earn the extras. Frustrating working with people who don't expect to see themselves there beyond the next pay day.

    Advice to Management

    Keep trying; your challenges are those that create the challenges for you. Stay positive and know you have real winners that truly work with you.

    Pros

    shifts all day and night long, you can make up hrs, if you work all of your scheduled shift you might get a bonus

    Cons

    poor management, low communication between managers supervisors and agent, lots of low key sexual harassment was pushed under the rug, lost lots of documentation, favoritism is definitely shown in the work place when it comes to promotions

    Advice to Management

    try not to give a raise or promotion to unprofessional agents who may or may not be your friend or related to you. Also DRUG TEST, have your agents are coming in high or with drugs and you dont even care.
