I worked at Niagara Bottling full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have so much to offer their employee's! Niagara is about taking the extra time to train and make sure you take off running on a good start. The team turns more into a family.

    Cons

They do have favoritism in this company. Just like any company though. Just need to work on being more business like with the favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Loved working for this company. But I had problems with being harassed and got fired over "drama following me". Don't completely understand that logic but hey it happens. Maybe the only advice to management is... Keep doing what you are doing guys! It was a pleasure to work with all pf you!

    Pros

Decent pay. The company has lots of room to move up, lots of options for upward or lateral movement. They are doing well financially, definite job security.

    Cons

No work life balance. On call 24/7. Insane work culture, definitely an old school mentality. People look down on you if you have hobbies or things you do outside of work because they have such a hard on for making water bottles they don't understand the concept of life outside of the factory.
