Pros
Great company culture, lots of career advancement opportunities, great benefits. Everyone works like a team and has a business mindset. You have the ability to grow by what you put in. Business is growing and there are new team members joining each month, very positive future outlook.
Cons
None I can think of.

Great Start, Lackluster Future Long Term Growth
May 19, 2023 - Analyst in Diamond Bar, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Plenty of entry level opportunities/projects due to growing company Great place to work at as first job Internal hiring is very prominent and preferred Job opportunities in specialized fields are encouraged (ex. moving from HR to Engineering assuming you have the skillset) Job security is pretty much guaranteed Majority of company employees are under 35 Headquarters is in the middle of Socal, great location for many who want to commute
Cons
Because of fast growth, promotions are more limited every year (too many level 2 analysts who don't have an easy trajectory of growth due to lack of positions) Parking lot will always be full, and seats are extremely limited despite moving into a new office in 2020. (There doesn't seem to be any action on these issues) Since job security is excellent, external hires that don't fit the culture are a pain to deal with Pay doesn't feel fairly compensated despite loyalty. Often people leave for a couple years and come back for a pay bump. Dealing with employees who have sales/manufacturing quotas can be rough and unmotivating toward your working experience.

Decent Corprate Culture and Benefits
May 24, 2023 - Parts Room Associate in Missouri City, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Senior management in the company is very involved and responsive to all parts of the company. They have an in depth work culture that helps productivity and avoids hostility in a potentially stressful work environment.
Cons
New management at the Houston Plant made some company policies either nonexistent, poorly understood, and/or enforced. New management avoids putting their foot down on known company policy as to not step on the toes of more senior company workers.

Pros
Decent benefits, perks, incentives. They give away a lot of shirts and swag. Buy us food semi-regularly, have an attendance bonus, and holiday celebrations.
Cons
Long hours. Most job positions are 12 hour shifts, which get old after a bit. There is some favoritism as well. They also do a point system for attendance which is crap because you can only get 10 points and missing only one shift is 1.5 points, so it adds up fast. The points last one year before dropping off.
