I worked at Niagara Transformer Corp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fairly laid back, Lots of over time, good people in the plant

    Cons

Very little chance for job movement, management is underwhelming, benefits were awful, especially for a union position.

    Advice to Management

Better training is a must, incentive pay, 401k match, better benefit options.

I worked at Niagara Transformer Corp full-time

    Pros

Gained a better understanding of the company culture that I don't want to be in.

    Cons

Unsupportive management, not a team environment, people told it's not their job to think, depressing

    Advice to Management

Changes are needed to increase morale and encourage loyalty of employees.
