    Approves of CEO

I worked at Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps part-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's not all that demanding but that depends on the department you're posted to. It's a good place to work and start a career path, the pay is relatively okay for starters you get at least N150,000 monthly.

    Cons

Noticed a lot of old office fittings that needs replacement and the also the office needs a bigger facility to carry out their operations properly.

    Advice to Management

Management should work on the welfare of the staffs which is very essential. A staff that's not well compensated at work will not work with zeal which leads to complacency. The management should also work on the promotion of staffs as delay in promotion could affect a person's career.
