    Training is consistent and employees are given opportunity to initiate ideas to tackle field challenges on their own

    Cons

    The little challenge employees have here is work life balance. You can be called any day or time to help tackle an issue

    Advice to Management

    Training of employees in any organization is key to the growth of that organization. Nigerian Breweries is the biggest breweries in West Africa today because of their intensive training program for all their employees.

    not promoting much most especially people in account Department

    to keep doing there great job and encourage there junior staff and not the manager alone

    Employees are well taken care of when it comes to health issues.

    The top managers use the junior staff as their slaves to achieve their targets and also,the company uses tribal sentiment for promotion.

    Advice to Management

    My advise to management is to try and eraadicate tribal sentiment,promotion should be done based on hard work.

    Real leaders needed, Not just managers. Preferential treatment by some managers. Aggressive approach to certain issues. Internal politicking. Huge pressure on the job.
