    Pros

Strongest Pro is that Nimbula is currently out of business. Swallowed by Oracle for a pittance.

    Cons

Not much in the way of direction. Sales are critical for a startup. Nimbula had none.

    Pros

Single person could make a big difference, perfect to make a showcase of your skills. Flexible on day schedule. Serving lunch and sometimes dinner.

    Cons

Scrum-based development schedule. Expect overtime up to 60 hours a week. No career possibility.
Technology selections are odd, making developer's job uncomfortable on many sides. There is no architect so expect to live with immature decisions.
