    Pros

good people, great discount, and overall good support

    Cons

TOO MUCH WORK for amount of hours given
Monthly coaching is a joke...alot of room for store managers to play with numbers.

    Advice to Management

Well...he is too busy trying to get himself out the hot seat...I would challenge any senior executive to work at the store level for a month and make the numbers they put in place. (And not cheating by going to a over-performing store...go to a average store.)
