I worked at Nintendo of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I was privileged to work at Nintendo for 3 years before leaving due to personal reasons (the cost of living in WA, primarily). It is an amazing company to work for and they treat their employees very well. They are an incredibly stable company, and try their best to keep you in the family once you have joined them.

    Cons

As with any publicly held company, sometimes decisions are made that no one agrees with, but must be done to please the shareholders.

I worked at Nintendo of America part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was the least stressful job I've ever had and sometimes you get free swag. I really liked my manager too. He was nice.

    Cons

There weren't very many cons to working at Nintendo of America as a product tester other than the pay, but the pay is better than working anywhere else.
