    Pros

Since the company has many facilities, there are many career opportunities. You can start your career in the United States and possibly work in almost any country of the world.

    Cons

Since it is a third party logistics provider, the culture will always be to do whatever it takes to meet the customers needs. So expect to work long hours from time to time.

I have been working at Nippon Express USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Once you get direct hired, they are very unlikely to fire you. The job security is good if you can get past the temp period.

    Cons

Lots of overtime, management not very understanding/responsive. Show favoritism to Japanese staff and keep cycling in upper management from Japan, so there is not much room for advancement if you are not Japanese. Pay isn't great either.

    Advice to Management

Include the employees in more decision making, or at least ask their input before making decisions.
