    Positive Outlook

I worked at Nisum full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

1-Handles the visa issues well, 2-Decent benefits, 3-Gives bonus sometimes, 4-Getting more clients.

    Cons

1-Many times the work hours are too long & the pay is not very good.

2-Employee appraisal system is ***BAD***. Employee cannot review manager. The bad managers will give some wrong reasons for a bad review. Then, their senior manager will defend without asking your side of the story.

3-Very few clients. They are adding other clients, but the main ones are still Gap and Macys. Gap is in bad shape and Macys has a horrible work culture.

4-Praises people who are smart at just talking, but have no real technical skills. If technical managers ask serious questions, then they will find out who is real.

5-Often sets unrealistic goals for employees. Also forces you to do 40 hours of (mostly useless) online courses per year. To do a 1 hour course, you need 30-60 minutes extra to re-watch & fix test answers. So it turns out to be 60 hours+. All this is generally on your weekends.

6-Does not train all employees to be sensitive about asking personal questions or making rude remarks about someones medical condition & such.

    Advice to Management

Please allow employees to review managers also. Then you will see the true picture and the politics that some managers play.
