    I worked at Niteo Partners full-time

    Pros

    No Pros only cons in this company.
    Employees would be expected to spend all time being Yes Sir, Yes Sir...
    Company cares for people who suck up to their boss, else job will be under stake.
    Honestly I should have given negative star rating.

    Cons

    Its basically an agency working for NECAM.
    No proper management.
    Very Monopolistic.
    No career growth.
    Negative leadership.
    Mismatch in Authority Responsibility relationships.
    Internal Politics Rules the company. (your performance is secondary, first comes whom you serve or are loyal too)
    Structure not defined clearly leading issues like some people are over burdened with mental stress.
    Fear of getting lost in the dirty crowd.
    HR department is aware of above written facts.

    Last but not least, here are some interesting points:
    1. They call themselves NEC or NECAM at time of interview process
    Candidates would actually think that they will be working for NEC, but that is not the case.

    2. Operating in the name of NITEO Technologies
    All you will get is an email id with necam domain

    3. Listed as NITEO Partners in Glassdoor
    Candidates who are searching to get to know this company will not see the actual search results since they are registered and operating in different names.

    Advice to Management

    You are already seeing huge attrition rate, but if you really think about it, the answer isn't that difficult to figure out.

    Very soon NITEO Technologies will be published in WORST companies to work category. Nothing is late, you can still secure your reputation by taking appropriate measures.

    I worked at Niteo Partners full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    There are various facts, would like to mention bosses ego, allowing him to take credit for your ideas, avoiding conflict, not expecting support and not taking things personally (I'll bet that whoever wrote a positive review about NITEO Technologies has never been on the receiving end of narcissistic rage!!).

    Cons

    I had written few demotivational factors of an actual Hari I used to work for.

    1.You would see a clear witness of narcissism in the BD team management. Building relationships with those who are useful to them, and bullying or manipulating those who are a threat to them.

    2. Change it several times a day. When reviewing a report, you'll receive comments that run counter to previous ones.

    3. Completely unorganized.

    4. Making employees feeling guilty about taking a break.

    5. Always referred to themselves in third person, and talked in such a way that made everything sound urgent (think horse race announcer).

    6. Do as they say, not as they do: In other words, not leading by example.

    7. Misleading an team members to get them to perform extra tasks.

    8. Not listening when an employee is trying to tell something is wrong.

    9. Playing fast-and-loose with commission, going back on promises.

    10. Treating employees as subhuman.

    11. Pulling rank on an employee for ego's sake.

    12. Gossiping about co workers.

    13. Taking credit for team members'' work.

    14. Treating team members as if their need for dignity is hilarious.

    Advice to Management

    Senior Management and HR need to look at their middle management layer. Some horrible managers with bad attrition needs managerial training.

    Try to understand employees concerns on an individual basis, respect goes both ways and if you treat people well they will work better and be happier - everyone will win.

    I have been working at Niteo Partners full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    *Free snacks, you can always get something to eat so nobody goes hungry in evening times
    *Cab facility, both pickup and drop
    *Health insurance for self, spouse and parents

    Cons

    *Narcissist environment: Reporting bosses will always believes that they are the superior to everybody and have very little regard for other people's feelings, except his followers
    *Insensitive towards team members: Unless you’re one of their “favorites”, almost often shows indifference towards you as an individual
    *Employees used as an Extension of their Selfish Agenda: This happens always, a tendency to exploit for their selfish needs, above and beyond the job description
    *Status Dropping: really tired of my bosses talks on the important degree they possess, prestigious school they went to, exclusive groups they’re a part of, VIPs they mingle with, high-profile projects they’re working on, and glowing praise they received from someone. While there’s nothing inherently wrong with displaying one’s accomplishments, the pathological narcissist tends to be “in your face” and over-do it.
    *Spotlight Hogger: My narcissistic reporting boss loves to be the center of attention, and do so by dominating meetings, presentations, phone conferences, and email discussions. At these proceedings, he often take these opportunities to be disruptive and put others down and make himself as powerful and influential as possible.
    *Breaking Rules and Ethical Norms: this range from favoritism, partiality, abusing business expenses and falsifying productivity reports, to concocting unethical marketing schemes and committing egregious white collar crime
    *Superior/Inferior Orientation: BD managers will either take an inferior position and defer to those in the US or Japan, or a superior position and presume that he is the best in all the ways than you.

    Advice to Management

    Please take necessary actions on Narcissists managers, failing so as a subsidiary is clearly violating NEC's policies!

    When you name the wrong person a manager, nothing fixes that bad decision. People Leave Managers, Not Companies

    Pros

    Basic Interiors
    No formal dress codes
    Company will provide transportation
    Five days a week work pattern(Graveyard Shift)
    Free medical insurance

    Cons

    1) Micromanagement
    2) Stress to the maximum level of illness
    3) Dominancy
    4) Bullying
    5) Lack of Optimistic atmosphere
    6) You will be lead by fear, as they think that it is an effective way to manage
    7) Existing favouritism is demoralizing the team
    8) In our business development cabin even walls have ears
    9) Revenge factors are promptly executed, for non jaldras
    10) Job Security is NIL

    During my tenure at Niteo Technologies, I was undergoing with all the above points, as a default mannerism in my day to day activity.

    Advice to Management

    Please dont ruin employees life career. Stop hire and fire approach. Control over and partial behaviours should be stopped.

    Pros

    1. Company offers free evening snacks
    2. Free cab facility for night shift employees

    Apart from the above two no positive points, everything is worst in the business development in which I have worked for.

    Cons

    Note: I have written this review from my perspective as a former Business Development team member at NITEO.

    This would be the worst company to work for as sales or BD guy. Listed below are top 10 major concerns:
    1. I left this company because of harassment issues
    2. Job security, a big concern
    3. High attrition rate
    4. No long term career opportunity for business development profiles. Experienced team members will be flushed out once in a while
    5. Poor HR policies
    6. Ultimate dirty politics
    7. Unfairly partialities within the team
    8. Limited learning and personal development opportunities
    9. Work life balance
    10. No incentives for inside sales, Variable pay will be called as incentives and will be released twice per year based on performance

    All depends on a passive aggressive manager who handles the BD team, would expect you to say 'yes' for whatever he says. Team members who oppose will fall under micromanagement and dirty politics radar.

    Sametime, I have seen few senior employees in other teams who are working with this company for decades.

    Advice to Management

    1. Please do not play with some one's career, doing so is extremely unfair.
    2. Never hire a new resource if you are not in a position to offer career growth and job security.

    Above all, please make a note that employees are joining your company only for NEC brand and not for NITEO Technologies.

    Work From home is only I can remember

    Cons

    No direction. Leadership is weak. Lay offs happen everyday. Have seen people hired and laid off next month

    Advice to Management

    Job security is big concern. Dont hire if you dont need people.

    Relaxed environment medium pressure , if you want to stay in a company with medium growth and relaxed environment then this is the place.

    Cons

    not good salary hike, recognition should happen at all levels .

    Advice to Management

    Growth should be given from all levels of hierarchy and should not blindly trust the Manager's feed back
