    not many ideas for development of a company spirit
    relentlessly busy fast working pace
    very traditional management style

    Be faster to change

    Pros

    Easy interview questions, good mentors, a lot of projects

    Cons

    Every body at the management will tell that there is no life outside the company, so it's better to stay and continue work for that really funny money.
    Be careful with this.

    You don't need to know something if you pretend on junior position, company will teach you everything that you need.

    Cons

    Low salary, hard to change project. Sometimes you don't have any opportunity to skill up.
