I worked at Noble Corporation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay (it used to be good), benefits

    Cons

Don’t care about employees, will lay you off as quick as they hire you, do yourself a favor and find a better place to work

    Advice to Management

Stop the hiring and laying off. May want to consider getting rid of a no hire list for former employees with experience before you have a bunch of people with no experience.

I worked at Noble Corporation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Rig management really takes care of their employees, even during the downturn.
    Good time off.
    Safe company to work for.
Great to get your foot in the door to the oilfield.

    Cons

Corporate management seems to have lost touch with the offshore personnel.
    Benefits and Pay.

    Advice to Management

Get to know your rig personnel better. Go back to the age of Jim Day and visit your rigs, know your hands. You could retain more personnel if you just visited us or show an interest.

I worked at Noble Corporation full-time

    Pros

It was great for a while but when times get tough then expect to a lay off.

    Cons

It's the oil industry. Save your money and you will be able to find a job at home making way less. Don't spend more than you would make at a job around the house.

    Advice to Management

Let guys know before the layoffs so they can prepare at home better.
