I worked at Noble Corporation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get 21 days off. Very stable company they keep you working when everyone else is laying off. Down to earth and very family oriented. Joe Brewer is the best Rig manager I’ve ever worked for in the fleet.

    Cons

Not the highest paying offshore drilling company but they keep you working if your a good hand. They have cut travel pay in half so that’s another thing if your considering.

    Advice to Management

Just be more open to ideas

I have been working at Noble Corporation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The schedule is pretty nice. If you work on a rig in the Gulf of Mexico, you work 3 weeks on 3 weeks off rotation. If you work over seas then you will work 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. I love my time off, but leaving my family for 3 weeks at a time does get pretty old.

    Cons

Noble Drilling used to truly care about its employees. Once the downturn started around 2014 it became evident that this was no longer the case. I feel like working for Noble Drilling there is little to no consideration as to WHO you are as an individual and you are viewed as simply an employee number. Be careful to do them any favors or go over and beyond, because they definitely will not reciprocate.
