    Pros

Great people to work with on the rigs.....well mostly....

    Cons

Poor Managers.........They used to not lay folks off.......that was the trade off for the mediocre salary when compared to other Drilling contractors......Since you now have to worry about being laid off.....might as well go with the Best Company with the best rigs and higher pay.....Transocean

    Pros

The people are nice, but they keep to themselves. New renovated first floor breakout area, but the rest of the floors are outdated.

    Cons

Inefficiency is my lasting impression of the company. There are lots of opportunity to improve, but the company isn’t very receptive as it is “the Noble way.”
