Great leaders, growing company, excellent work environment, support is always available from your leaders and you’re not constantly under a lot of pressure and stress so a good work life balance.

Slow-paced environment. Good company for those people with kids/family or looking for work/life balance. Good pay if compared with others in the O&G industry.

The location was great. Nice office near restaurants and shopping. Excellent work life balance since working 'extra' is actually frowned upon. 1/2 day Fridays.
Cons
Outdated HR policies and procedures. Treat seasoned professionals like recent college grads. There is no trust or empowerment. It's ran by men for men. Women are not treated as equals. Highly conservative and does not encourage outside of the box thinking or problem-solving. Rigid schedules with zero flexibility. They trust no one to make decisions.
