I have been working at Noble Energy as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Active, friendly company that encourages everyone to be challenged to their fullest potential.

    Cons

In an internship with this company, you might find yourself pinholed in a project that doesn't really add value to the company and doesn't reflect well on you.

I worked at Noble Energy as an intern

    Pros

Paired with very helpful mentors, able to provide useful input at team meetings with peers and superiors, given many opportunities to network within the company, dozens of intern events, very competitive pay

    Cons

Intern projects varied greatly - some were not very important to the company while others were almost crucial to help the company succeed, and some only required a few weeks of work while others were difficult to finish during the 3 month internship

    Advice to Management

Continue the networking events and intern events; they are incredible opportunities to learn from superiors and meet peers.
Try to create a list of requirements that intern projects must meet so that they are more similar in terms of importance and workload.
